- The conceptual definition of Single-Origin is self-explanatory,
But when we come to talk in detail, we will find the meanings messed up. The rules that define what Single-Origin means differ depending on who you are talking to

It can be (grains from one farm)

It can be (grains produced from several farms from one place)

It could be (grains from a specific country)

Whatever the definition, we must agree that the basis for the definition is the purity of these grains

In other words, when we say that it is from one farm, it is actually from one farm, not from such and such a farm... and so on

Medicine for Blends

We can mix such a type of coffee, which are Single-Origin, together, and then it will be called Blend.. The idea in this mixture or Baladi (blending) is that you will mix this feature with each other in order to get a perfect cup of coffee that is balanced in taste and texture

For example, someone likes the taste of mezaza and loves chocolate as an after taste, so he brings you some Kenyan beans and mixes them with some Brazilian, for example.

And of course, if you want to do this, each type must take its own roasting alone first, and then adjust it as you wish.

There is something new in coffee called Specialty Coffee that has been around for about 20 years or a little more

These people make a profile for each grain or something like that, like a CV for grain... Where and when were you grown, when were you gathered, when were you roasted and how, when were you ground... and so on

If you want to try it yourself, taste something like that from them, but of course Single-Origin, and see how each grain taste works.

And you begin to compose in your own way..Believe me, you will be amazed at the huge number of foods that you can get

But keep in mind that as a result of the terrible attention that goes into this coffee bean, it doesn't reach you with this view.. so don't expect that its price will be cheap at all.
